When is Marist’s Day of Giving?

Marist’s Day of Giving is on March 25, 2026, from 12 AM ET to 11:59 PM ET.

Who can donate?

We encourage everyone, including alumni, parents, grandparents, relatives, friends of the University, and community members to make a gift of any size to Marist! Your generous contributions will support vital programs, scholarships, and initiatives that enhance the educational experience for our students and build upon our legacy of excellence.

Can I make an early gift?

Yes! Gifts can be made early directly through the Day of Giving campaign site using the “Make an early gift” button and will be shown when the campaign launches on March 25, 2026.

How can I make a gift to a designation not listed?

On Marist’s Day of Giving, donations to ALL areas contribute to reaching our goal of 4,000 donors. If your desired designation is not listed, you can select the "Other" designation option and specify where you would like your gift to be allocated.

Will corporate matching gifts count in the campaign totals?

Corporate matching gifts will be included in our count if the donor has indicated their intention to complete the matching gift process with their employer. Signed or written documentation must be submitted to marist.fund@marist.edu for the matching gift to be counted towards the Day of Giving. Please note that totals may not be updated in real-time on the campaign page.

How can faculty and staff make a gift on the Day of Giving?

Marist employees can make a one-time gift to an area of their choice through the Day of Giving campaign website or process a payroll deduction request online. If you are already making payroll deductions you are counted in our numbers, but we encourage you to consider upgrading your gift or making an additional gift. Thank you!
